Peter at Oceanside Home Watch has done an amazing job for us. Initially he did the weekly checks and was very thorough. We got calls if AC didn't seem to be working well, etc. eventually we used Peter to help us with a move as we were unable to come down from CT because of Covid. Peter helped us pack, oversaw the movers packing and moving all our belongings. Plus he personally took a lot of fragile items to our new homes with great care.
